ANTI-TRUST LAW

The anti-trust law practice of L1 I is our company’s strongest point. L1 lawyers are experienced in the consulting and legal support of projects that are subject to anti-trust regulation. We are member of a non-profit Partnership for Promotion of Competition. The list of related services includes:

  • we consult on matters of anti-trust law application and law on prevention of unfair competition,

  • we represent companies’ interests in cases handled by the Federal Anti-Trust Commission,

  • we contest in courts anti-trust authorities’ decisions and orders,

  • we consult on various anti-trust issues, e.g. abuse of dominating market power, unfair competition, we appeal against agreements and concerted actions that lead to the restriction of competition,

  • in addition to the representation of clients’ interests in the resolution of existing disputes with RF Anti-Trust Service, we provide an early analysis of potential anti-trust risks.
