The agricultural products manufacturer initiated legal proceedings to recover over 46 million rubles from the client under the supply contract.

As part of this project, the company's lawyers undertook pre-trial dispute resolution efforts, conducting negotiations, developing a legal position on the case, preparing numerous procedural documents such as a response to the statement of claim, written explanations, a settlement agreement, and providing consultative services to the client regarding the settlement agreement.

The agricultural products manufacturer claimed 46 million rubles from the client, including debt under the supply contract and interest on commercial credit. In response, the company's lawyers filed a counterclaim demanding 121 million rubles from the agricultural products manufacturer, representing the funds paid for goods of substandard quality. Through the lawyers' efforts, the parties reached an amicable settlement on mutually advantageous terms, allowing them to maintain their business and partnership relations.
