REPRESENTATION IN THE PROCESS OF ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS

 On top of ensuring that our client is served a lawful court ruling that would satisfy the Client we see to that the ruling is enforced. To meet this goal, L1 lawyers, in the process of enforcement proceedings, do their best to ensure that all possible steps are taken to this end.

The list of related legal services includes:

• Client representation at the stage of enforcement proceedings in the territorial branches of court bailiffs in order to gather information about the debtor

• Control over the realization of debtor’s arrested property/assets and, as need be, appealing against auction’s results

• Gathering of information about existing immovable property owned by debtors (location, structure, etc.)

• Preparation of foreclosure claims in regard to debtor’s assets to secure debt repayment

• Legal support of enforcement proceedings aimed at organizing property auctions to secure debt repayment

• Legal support of foreclosure auctions

• Legal support of title transfer for assets that bailiffs recommend for the transfer to the plaintiff

• Legal support of property seizure and release. Representation in authorities to receive documentary evidence of property seizure (release) or restrictions

• Legal research to reveal whether debtors’ actions or inaction bear signs of illegal actions that may be criminally prosecuted

• Supervision of enforcement bailiffs anf , filing actions; appealing against bailiffs’ illegal actions.
