Bankruptcy in the Interests of One of the Largest Online Retailers in Russia.

In the interests of one of the largest online retailers in Russia and the CIS countries, specialists from L1 initiated the bankruptcy of its debtor, a major logistics company (LLC "FM-Logistic"). Comprehensive work was carried out both at the stage of initiating the bankruptcy case and during its procedures: preparation of a petition for the debtor's bankruptcy, inclusion of the Client's claims amounting to over 50 million rubles in the debtor's creditor claims register, participation in creditors' meetings, active interaction with the bankruptcy trustee and law enforcement agencies to identify assets and property rights for the formation of the bankruptcy estate, and legal support in challenging the debtor's transactions. As a result of the work done, the Client's claims were satisfied, and the debtor was liquidated.
